All the news concerning the 38th ECFS Conference and 29th North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference will be announced on the annual Information Day on Cystic Fibrosis, which will be once again organized by the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association. There will be information about the new innovative cures, tips for a healthy diet and balanced mental health, respiratory physiotherapy, the European Registry, as well as about the lungs’ transplants in Greece and abroad. The first promising results of the respiratory recovery and exercise programs for adults and children with CF, which are carried out for the first time in Greece, will be also announced. Last but not least, there will be a presentation of the 2015 challenges and goals of patients with CF during their waiting for the innovative cures.

All the news concerning the 38th ECFS Conference and 29th North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference will be announced on the annual Information Day on Cystic Fibrosis, which will be once again organized by the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association. There will be information about the new innovative cures, tips for a healthy diet and balanced mental health, respiratory physiotherapy, the European Registry, as well as about the lungs’ transplants in Greece and abroad. The first promising results of the respiratory recovery and exercise programs for adults and children with CF, which are carried out for the first time in Greece, will be also announced. Last but not least, there will be a presentation of the 2015 challenges and goals of patients with CF during their waiting for the innovative cures.
The announcements will be made in the presence of the specialized doctors and medical scientists that are monitoring patients with CF in different units and clinics in Greece: Sismanoglio hospital, Ag. Sofia hospital, Atikon hospital, Ipokratio hospital, Papanikolaou hospital, Sotiria hospital, Department of Physical Education and Sport Science of the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki, Department of Physical Education and Sport Science and Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. The information day will take place on November 14th, at 4.00 p.m. in the amphitheater of the Biomedical Research Foundation Academy of Athens (BRFAA) under the auspices of the Hellenic Transplant Organization. This will be the opening to the awareness-waking and information campaign during the European CF Week on November 16th – 22th.
