Dear friends,
As we all experience daily the deficient social structure of our country, we attempt for the first time to strengthen the relations of the Greek community of vulnerable groups. On the initiative of the Hellenic Cystic Fibrosis Association, we are co-organizing with the Associations of Pulmonary Hypertension Greece, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, the Panhellenic Association of Retinopaths and the Guide Dogs Center, a joint event of mutual information and mutual support for our patients.
Our goal is, through the presentation of the actions of the participating associations as well as the NGOs involved in the health sector, to strengthen the community of the vulnerable social groups we represent. With the presentation of “good practices” and the actions that we undertake each one, we make the first step for the intercollegiate joint effort of all the neighbouring associations in the Greek society.
Having succeeded in this, similar events with more collaborations between institutions and associations will follow in the next steps. With the level of communication that will have developed between us and the strengthening of the associations participating in this unique initiative, will allow in the future the planning and submission of joint programs of financial support and joint actions with beneficial results.
