From 6 October 2024, the free passage of disabled people who are holders of the blue parking card through the Attiki Odos tolls has begun, as is the case for the tolls of all the country’s motorways. When crossing the Attiki Odos toll road, our patients and their carers must show their blue parking card. For free passage, the car must be the same as the one indicated on the blue card and the disabled beneficiary must be riding in it. For those Cystic Fibrosis patients or carers who have not yet obtained their blue parking card, you can follow the step-by-step process in our Association’s benefits guide here. We would also like to remind you that from 2021, Article 211 of the law has been passed. 4782/2021 which establishes a single e-pass on all roads, for the free passage of disabled vehicles from the toll stations of all motorways in the country. According to Article 17 of Law 4903/2022, passed in March 2022, the vehicle will be exempted even if the beneficiary does not board it, in case the movement is made to serve him/her. We are in constant communication with the competent bodies for the implementation of the single e-passport and will keep you informed of the latest developments.
