The Greek CF Benfits Guide was created by HCFA to provide all Greek CF patients and their families with timely and accurate information about their rights and the benefits to which they are entitled. It contains all the coveted provisions on Cystic Fibrosis, for which the Association has fought and demanded since its establishment in 1983, through a series of letters, talks and meetings with the relevant bodies and stakeholders.
In this section Greek CF patients are able to find information on the disability rates of the disease, the benefits of state care organizations and insurance funds, medicines and tests, allowances, the relevant legislation on Cystic Fibrosis (Government Gazette, Government Decree), the rights of patients and caregivers, the specific regulations for CF in education, work, retirement, as well as the correct procedure for accessing and claiming each individual benefit and right by patients and their families.
