Private Sector
Patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis with a disability rate of at least 67% are entitled to a full old-age pension, regardless of age limit, if they reach 15 years or 4,050 days of social insurance.
Patients who have undergone a lung, heart, liver, or pancreas transplant with a disability rate of at least 67% are entitled to a full old-age pension, regardless of age, after 15 years of social insurance.
Public Sector
According to Ν. 4756/2020 – ΦΕΚ A’235 /26-11-2020 (άρθρο 45), patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis with a disability rate of at least 67% are entitled to a full old age pension regardless of the age limit, if they complete 15 years of full actual pensionable service.
Patients suffering from Cystic Fibrosis with a disability rate of at least 67% are entitled to a full old-age pension, regardless of age limit, if they reach 15 years or full actual pensionable service. The same applies for patients who have undergone a lung, heart, liver, pancreas transplant.
Disability Pension
ΙΚΑ –Social Security Institute
Persons who have been found by the competent Health Committees of IKA-ETAM disabled due to damage, illness, or mental or physical impairment, are entitled to a disability pension if they have completed the minimum required insurance period.
Public Sector
Regular Civil Servants can receive a full pension from the State if they are dismissed due to physical or mental incapacity and not due to the service, as long as they have completed at least five years of actual pensionable service, regardless of age.
ΟΓΑ– Agricultural Insurance Organization
Children who have a disability percentage of more than 67% due to a condition that will last for at least three (3) years, and they cannot work, are entitled to a disability pension

Pension
for Parents, Siblings, Spouses
Parents of disabled children, spouses, and siblings of patients with a percentage of disability can receive a full pension is they have completed 7,500 working days or 25 years of insurance (time of actual or optional insurance) from the date of insurance.
Work and Disability Support Pension (DSP)
Patients who receive a disability pension from IKA-ETAM have the right to work up to six consecutive months per year without a cut or reduction of their pension.
